I loved learning about your writing process and then (pow!) it morphed into living your best life. I love learning how your writing feeds your life and your podcasts certainly describe how your life feeds your stories. Thank you for taking another step deeper and including me on your journey.

Had a big-ass smile, s***-eating grin on my face, cracking up all the way through, Akasha. Fabulous distraction. And hell yeah, I want it all too! But I’m a little afraid too. Thank you, my friend.

I have that final Hafiz quote on a tea mug that was given to me!
My thought is that fear attaches itself to whatever we are avoiding looking at, ensuring we won’t look at it. Aging is definitely a powerful force in relation to fear; I certainly have felt fear about getting back out there after breaking my wrist twice in 3 months. What if it happens again? (“What if…” that’s a great way to feed demon fear…) And the virus has given me the chance to hunker down with an excuse to hide. Zoom and Door Dash have made it so much easier never to leave home. But we miss so much if we give in to that! Exchanging energy with another human being wakes us up.
Thanks so much for this discussion, Akasha. You’ve got me thinking.
