This episode made me laugh, Akasha. Thanks for sharing your journey toward stability. I love the Bosu (or however it’s spelled) and got really good on it (this was, of course, when I was still in SF and that is now at least 8-1/2 years ago!!). Now, well, now I can’t get down on the ground at all because my knees are so full of arthritis and no cartilage that I can’t get up again and my back won’t allow me to jump on the Bosu and come down still in balance so — well, I’m just grateful that I can still walk with a cane! But I am still working on my own stability, slowly and occasionally with some semblance of success, but I completely applaud your efforts and successes. Keep up the good work. Your core muscles will get with the program little by little and one day surprise you by give you a great big hey-dee-ho!
