What happens when a baker is preparing for a colonoscopy and has to make do with jello and popsicles? Making the jello was easy however, eating the jello turned out to be a messy and challenging experience. Overall, the experience was unpredictable and unpleasant but it was an adventure nonetheless.

    I recently made “Elderberry Gummies” using gelatin and Elderberry syrup and had the same experience with trying to get it out of the container. There must be some kind of “release agent” one can put in the container first. For me it was a failed experiment. Glad all worked out in the end.
