182. Gone in 60 Seconds

It’s amazing how quickly I can shift from gratitude to judgment. And how easy it is to judge others’ behavior (especially while driving). I know this has negative effects on my well-being and I am grateful to have a wonderful coach who encourages me to show compassion towards myself and others and reminds me of the importance of understanding and empathy. Join me as I navigate the complexity of emotions, the struggle to change ingrained behaviors, and the pursuit of a more compassionate existence.

Now That You Ask is a podcast that looks at topics that range from death to desire, and from wondrous to downright whacky. Join host, Akasha Halsey as she takes listeners on a journey through her writing and experience with life’s most persistent questions.

Love your honesty. I feel like a shape shifter regulatly. It’s work to stay on higher ground. Good work, but requires full attention, which for me is a challenge! I’m a wanderer.
    Thanks Akasha. ✌️
